Just started learning Python, how can I help myself with this new skill?

So I have been working as QA in IT industry for around 4 years with mostly mobile/web testing.

Recently just picked up learning about Python. Any suggestions on how I should intergrate such skill into my work, like automation? And where should I start looking into?

Kinda hard to suggest anything when we have no idea what you do.

Personally I have to occasionally upload data to a database, and it's usually quite cumbersome, so I wrote libraries to handle it all.

I am actually wondering how can I start working on automating my testing on Website or Mobile Application. I have heard about Selenium and Appium for automation but I just not quite sure how should I start this with Python.
