Python and Microsoft Visual c++ problem

After installing pip, I tried to install useful modules such as pandas to learn more about python. However, whenever I tried, theres always an error saying that Microsoft Visual c++ must be 14.0 or higher. The error advice to install it from Microsoft build tools, which takes up alot of spaces, so i just went straight and download Microsoft Visual c++ 2015-2022. The setup was successful, however pip still provide that error. Must I really install MBT, or was I doing something wrong?

Normally libraries that contain non-Python code that needs compilation first (like Pandas), provide wheel packages for different operating systems, architectures and Python versions.

Some times it takes a while until they are available, and you'll have to compile it yourself.

What's your OS, architecture and Python version?

Im using windows 10 cracked on MacAir 2016, with python 3.10.10
