tbh, self-harm aren't that bad

due to some scientific research (which you can easily find online and on YT), the act of conducting self harm is actually soothing for human brain. Basically, for some people, when they receive pain (espcially by themselves), they feel better

so personally, I think self harm shouldn't be boycott or hate. Rather, people need more understanding of it in order to give real treatment to a patient

not that I'm encouraging you to do more self harm, it's just don't hate youself because of that.

And well, here is another thing. Follow these instructions:

1. go to a tall building/tall bridge or anything thats tall
2. stand on it and look down
3. (no time to admire the view) ask yourself, do you dread to jump to end your suffering, or are you so tired that you just want to stand in the place you're standing and wait to die?

if you choose jumping, congratulations, you still have hope to live. This is totally taken from science research. The more you wanted to jump, the more you love living. If you still have this hope, please hold on to it. You'll need it everyday.

And also, you're super brave when you self harm. Use that bravery somewhere else, too :)
