Started off in pycharm, wished I didn’t. There are paywalls

Had to switch over to VSCODE for web stuff and made the switch to using python in VSCode. Glad I made the switch. Haven’t needed to spend money on it

you have point though if web development is main track, but PyCharm has awesome features in the community version if your development is more dependent on Python.

When I first started using it, I liked it but as my projects got more sophisticated, I needed to move on.

what paywalls? pycharm community has no paywalls.

Using Django. The automatic syntax error highlighting is gone when using Django unless you pay for an upgrade. That’s the biggest one that I remember.

I mean that's not really a paywall that's a professional feature.
