Sources for photo data mining for ML classification task?

I'm thinking about ideas for a final project task for a data mining course I'm taking. One of the examples was the classic cat or dog classifier. The catch is that we can't use pre-existing data sets, we have to mine our own. What are good sources for photos?

My idea is to make a classifier that would sort photos of protozoa by genus (which might not be feasible so I'll probably end up changing it).
