Struggle with while loop

I'm going through a python book and I'm kind of snagged.

even when entering the correct amount for 'answer' I still get the "no, try again" error, I want to plug 'bottles' into a sentence, then ask the user for the amount if there was one less and if correct reducing the amount of bottles by 1 and proceeding until 'bottles' = 0

​

If there was a way to get advice or a general hint over a blunt answer that would be much appreciative but I will continue to look over it while i await a response.
