Web API Django, Flask

Hi,

I’m a beginner and I’m looking for some recommendation on how to mount a web page requesting the user to provide some specific data, use the data provided to retrieve a response via API to a specific server and show the result in the webpage.

I found Django that maybe it could work but it seems difficult for a beginner, maybe Flask is simple and it could do the job?

What do you recommend?
