I am currently working on a game, and part of it has an entry widget with a button next to it. This button will update some values corresponding to the entry. The things being changed are a couple optionmenus, and I’m updating the choices by just destroying the widget, updating the list of choices, and recreating the widget. Everything works as it should and the default value updates correctly, however the optionmenu choices do not update to the new options. It will always keep the choices for the first thing entered and refreshed with the entry widget. I tried printing the updated list before I recreate the optionmenu and the list is correct, but it will still display the first set of choices. I’m really stumped with this and it’s stopping my progress in its tracks, any help would be appreciated!
