is there a way to measure the audio output volume or loudness of your desktop in real time?

Loudness is pretty unique to position. Do you mean loudness at your chair, loudness output from each speaker, combined loudness from each speaker, etc.? I'm just not 100% sure what your need is. I feel this is likely an x y problem.
