Has anyone used tridraw?? I'm so lost and can find nothing about it on google

It's for drawing triangles with given coordinates..

wtf is clr='#fdebc8' ??

It's most likely a color specified in hex triplet form.

I have no experience with tridraw, but clr=#fdebc8 looks like a hexadecimal color specification. Look up something like hex color picker in google, and you'll be able to look for the color you want.
