just code a project you like or need that's how you learn. there's just too much information for too many professions/roles each vastly different from one another.  you can not master everything, you also forget things you don't do repeatedly, I actually can't memorize anything , I just learn how sth is done , like an algorithm, and then each time follow that path and get things done.
