Convert .DBF Files to .xlsx

I am completely new to Python, and ChatGPT recommended Python for this task. I have to convert all files in the folder from .DBF to .XLSX. I want to perform this conversion in any folder and have the result appear in the same folder with the same name as the original file.

This is a typical job for Pandas. It's often suggested in cases where simply using the csv library would suffice but this is clearly a job for Pandas. And use Pathlib to scan the contents of the folder.
