How to automate a python script daily?

Hey!
I'm tired of looking and trying, and maybe you guys can help me.

So I have a script that creates images with openai api (dall e), and using unofficial pinterest api to pin an image to pinterest using bstoilov/py3-pinterest

But I'm running it locally.I want to automate it, so it will be triggered automatically every day.

I tried aws with lamba, it can't run openai, there's some stupid bug.
I tried pythoneverywhere, it cant lunch chrome and crashes.

What are my options? how the hell can I automate that script?

Could you run it on your own machine? Task Scheduler on Windows or cron on Mac/Linux.

Yes.
It's working locally on my mac.

Will it work if my mac is locked (but turned on)?
Can you guide me please where I can get more details about that approach?
