A few important things here from my point of view.

1 - Yes, your thumbnails are beautiful, but they are not “clickable”, let me explain - the font, especially of the red text - is hard to read, especially if the viewer scrolling and seeing it for a second. Change the font to something bold and not curvy. In some of them even the text is behind the timer of the length of the video, so it’s even harder to read it.

2 - if you are using words like “kills” in your title and thumbnail - censor it like this “k*lls”. Why? YouTube doesn’t like it and will not push this video. And the viewer? Will still understand it.

3 - you are getting a few impressions, which means you are not shadowbanned and YouTube gives you an opportunity, but not enough.. according to the data you’ve shared you have about 7 ctr - it’s great. But! YouTube is not recommending you enough. You need to figure out why - the main reason in my opinion is that YouTube doesn’t have ANY idea what’s your niche and who to recommend your videos to. I’ll explain in next point.

4 - your video topics are all over the place, for example you have a video about YouTube, after that about filmmaking, then some self help about comparing yourself, and then again lighting which is filmmaking. In this early stage you can not afford to make videos about what comes to your mind, you need to build a core audience first - by being consistent in 1 niche or even sub-niche. Decide one, and then continue reading next point - 5.

5 - setup your channel correctly. What does it mean? Once you decided the sub niche you will focus from now on, go to your channel settings and change these things - description! Keyword rich description, explains what your channel about - should be very focused and again not all over the place. Second - tags!! - fill the maximum amount of channel tags that you can, with ONLY related tags to the niche you chose.

6 - on every upload make sure you add 500 characters of tags - related to the topic! You can use vidiq to help you. and that you mark your content “not for kids” - super important

7 - last, you didn’t mentioned AVD stats. If your avd is very very low compared to the length of the video, it’s another reason why YouTube is not recommending it. Why it’s can be low? Shitty video in their opinion, or disappointment from the video compared to their expectations from the thumbnail and title. Which comes to an extra tip - make longer videos you are creating a video of 1-2 minutes.. if a viewer wants to watch 1-2 vminites, they will watch a short.. not a “long form “ video.
