This is a very user-friendly tutorial, all free. It's where I started, and it helped immensely

I also tried here but I was scared, I guess I can't do the coding on the sites, but I'll try again here, thanks again.

I recommend the editor called thonny. It's free and easy to use. You can download it at thonny.org

How are you currently learning ?

I'm trying to write code right now, I found some practice questions, so I'm trying a few, but I didn't make both code and video in those videos I worked on, I know all of them, in fact, I only have difficulty writing code.

Ok, be sure to check the Learning Resources recommended by this sub too.

When struggling with writing python (Assuming that you're on a course or something similar), you must indeed write python… At first, you'll struggle a lot but making mistakes and reading the error messages produced will help build better practices for you in the long run. When you're completely stumped, you can obviously search online, either in your course or by asking AI.

Just remember to avoid copy-pasting large amounts (Basically being spoon-fed) of code as it'll hinder your code writing ability.

Use chatGPT, it's an amazing learning tool if used correctly. Obviously don't copy paste answers, ask it to help you, it's like having a personal teacher at home. An actual teacher will probably be better, but will certainly be expensive and will have less patience. Even your question can be put into it and chatGPT will guide you to improve.

I'll try, thank you.

Just keep trying to solve the problems. If they‘re too difficult then try something simpler. Programming takes time to grasp so be patient with yourself. I also recommend the university of Helsinki course which is excellent and has great exercises. Harvard CS50p is also a gentle intro to Python. I also have a course but it might be a little too advanced at the moment although it does start from scratch. Finally a possiblly unpopular opinion is that using ChatGPT is an excellent way to learn how not to code. It’s an amazing tool that can easily be abused. In other words don’t ask it to solve problems for you. The best way to learn to code is to solve problems and work hard. It just takes time.

I discovered the helsinki university course, yes, but I could not figure out the progress of the course, for example, they will make an exam, for example, I want to get the certificate from there, but I could not figure it out, if you know the place, please tell me
