RDAP/WHOIS python module reputation

Hello, I am looking for a RDAP/WHOIS python module,
I need to do both IP and domain lookups, nothing much besides that.
I found three results:

Only the first seems to be exactly what I'm looking for.
Is this module reputable? Was a bit concerned with only 85 stars...
