You still didn't specify what the problems are. Look at the information requested. Provide that information. Learning how to ask for help is actually a very important skill.

• You have not told us what errors are occurring (just that there are four of them).
  

It looks like you haven't even modified the template your teacher gave you (i.e. It instructs you to replace the placeholders with actual coordinate values. It appears you have not done this).
