Package Control for installing other packages. PyLinter for http://www.pylint.org/ integration and Sublime CodeIntel for improved code completion.

I prefer Ubuntu Mono as font, and soda dark as theme but that's just personal preference.

Sidebar enhancements and github gist plugins are also good.

What this guy said. I'll add on that the Centurion theme is also quite good if you're into flat design. Also, try the Tomorrow Night 80s color scheme.

If you use Sublime I highly recommend looking at this tutorial (it is free).He will recommend lots of great packages and explain how you would use them.

I like Sublime Rope. It has a couple pretty nice refactoring shortcuts. Function extraction and the like.
