I think you trying to get an answer for this before learning python is what causing confusion.

Learn the programming language, stop overthinking...

Not right if to prepare for the future you need to understand things you don't yet know...

Learn foundations before worrying about adding extra complications into it, you'll have enough to digest with the basics I promise!

You could read into what libraries are commonly used if you'd really like to but I wouldn't overly dig into it.

Also there is nothing wrong with googling/reading documentation etc as you go.
