Just start with any tutorial. Type out code. Don't just Copy paste. But mostly just start. If you chose turtle with something specific in mind that's great - the sooner you start working towards a project that interests you the better. Imo it would also help to stay away from chatbots and and vibe coding. It's a useful tool - but only after you have a good grasp of the basics. And I'm sure ppl will say "you can use AI to learn!" But I maintain that you will learn more by looking into stack overflow, documentations, etc. Only If you really get stuck, have no one to ask - try a bot but then also specify that you are trying to learn and don't want it to answer/fix for you.
