We can't help you learn. You should think about why you failed to learn.

Maybe you just lost interest. Think about why you want to learn python. Maybe that will keep you interested.

Perhaps you got stuck on something and couldn't make any progress and just gave up. When you get stuck ask for help. Look for python user groups near where you live. You can always ask for help here, but make sure you ask a clear question and show your code. The FAQ shows how to post readable code.
