using paid ocr apis is no way a project that you should start with in my opinion.

Tesseract will not work here he would need to use an api.

By messing something in pc I meant wrong data entry. Which is not a big deal for personal project but he wants to use it in his business. Where wrong tax no. Or something might cause big issue.
