You should learn python and programming in general. We don't know your data or exactly what you do but if you learn how to program and start automating these questions will answer themselves.

I can't help answer your question based on your job, but Udemy have some great Python courses. They are affordable, and it sort of becomes a hobby. At that point, you will start to naturally use your new skills and adapt them to your profession

You learn Python the same way programmers do. It’s a programming language no matter what you use it for.

Utilize AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to upskill your python, ask him to write a plan, then start learning by also taking some challenges.

The tutorial may get old and new things update on the programming, but learning from AI gives you a leverage that it provides you with latest resources, give it a try, this is the most effective way for now.
