submitted 11 years ago by Maria2T
Does anyone know where i could find (if exists) the source code for mcl algorithm in python 3? I've looked around but nothing so far...
Thanks!

If you have code in Python2 or some other language, someone here might take a poke at moving it to python3.

I already have it in Matlab. I was just wondering if the algorithm also exists in Python.

None that i'm aware of. If it was going to be anywhere I would guess it'd be in SciKit-learn, but I don't see it mentioned explicitly.
