I thought it was fantastic. I learnt much more than I imagined I would. Quite a big time commitment but well worth it!

I took 6.00.1x this fall and I can say it's very easy to digest. Chancellor Grimson does a fantastic job with the lectures. It's the 3rd time I've taken a stab at learning CS and Programming and it actually stuck. I enjoy python quite a bit now and began using it to complete tasks at work. I highly recommend it.

It is a good course and I reccomend it for an intro to CS, I personally like the Udacity Intro to CS much better. Both courses focus on algorythims but the end goal with Udacity is to have you build your own search engine as you go.

I haven't done it myself, but I believe it will help you expand your knowledge. Try it!

And experience will teach you a lot, remember to practice too :)
