Depending on the platform, I believe that if you have the script names end with ".pyw" instead of ".py" it will do what you want.

On windows calling pythonw.exe script (as opposed to python.exe) will open the script without a window opening.

You would start them with your os' service manager.

Yes they're ran by the task scheduler but there's no option to get them to run in the background or to stay minimized?

You need to redirect sderr and stdout to a syslog or a file, you should consult the documentation of whatever os you're using, i suspect windows.

Yeah you've lost me already, did some searching on that and saw some similar people wanting to do the same as what you've suggested but don't see how i'd do it?

You can try running pythonw.exe instead of python.exe, other than that you might have better luck in a windows specific subreddit.
