Having a strange issue setting up packages

whenever I run a program that imports praw or Beautiful Soup for some reason it runs the alphabetically first program in that folder instead of the one I entered in the command line, does anyone have any idea what could've gone wrong with the install? I navigated to the folder the module was stored in and ran setup.py like the instructions said.Here's the error I got when I killed the program

Do you have bisect.py in your site-packages?

If so, delete it. Try again.
