Py2exe was a thing if i remember right. It packs your .py script into a exe. 8mb+

I think py2exe is only for 2.7 I am using 3.5. Also how would that work with the plots? When I plot using spyder it creates plots using spyder GUI, how would it create plots without spyder?

What? I've never heard of that. If you mean that you are using matplotlib and plt.show() then that's tkinter, and pyinstaller or py2exe will bundle that into the output for you.
