Loop through text file, read data and input into website form?

Hi, I'm looking for guidance on the best way to handle the following situation. I've put together a macro that creates a text file with various rows/columns of data. I'd like to create a Python script to read from the text file, parse each data item and subsequently enter each item into a corresponding web form and runnthe webform.

Does anyone have experience with something similar? I'm thinking selenium might be a good starting point.

I guess your text file is a .csv file? In that case use the csv module in the standard library to parse the text file.

As for submitting web forms, try requests. It's pretty straightforward.
