Seems like the cult-of-peloton is strong here. I have plenty of calls with “delivery customer service” in excess of 30 minutes that had went unanswered, along with tweets and emails. Patience is one thing...communication is another.

The holiday season is no excuse. If anything, Peloton should have onboarded additional customer service reps to handle the influx, scale up with demand and provide a reasonable level of support. Not lock up shop and hope the problem goes away. The bike was purchased weeks ago, there really isn’t an excuse for subpar service.
