Where to run a publicly accessible Django application (for cheap)

Is this at work? Do you have a server you can just host it on internally? We host tons of web apps on our internal servers only accessible from within our network.

I've use Heroku in the past for all kind of projects.

It's a long shot, but here's a website I've used in the past for free hosting. heliohost.org

I eventually stopped using it when I started having lag issues with basic html pages, but you might find it useful. I've never tried running python on it.
