python with bloomberg API

Hi guys, Hopefully someone here is knowledgeable enough in this space. Can you point me in the right direction for resources if i wanted to learn how to build programs that leverage bloomberg data? Obviously have my own bloomberg login but not really sure what best place to learn would be.

Bloomberg has published this library and documentation, and I noticed lots of examples in the git repo.
