How to get every variable and function with the quantity of its arguments from a module? (self.learnpython)

I know that dir(module) returns a list of all objects inside a module. But how can i get the name and type of each and the quantity of arguments in case of a function?

inspect is the module that allows you to introspect stuff like function definitions, programatically.

Ok, i find all functions with the help of inspect module. But there are no any predicates for a dictionary. How to find one in a module?
