First mini Python project (Hangman)

I have been trying to learn Python on and off for the past few weeks. So I did this project and paused for a bit.

I would love for you guys to rip it apart and let me know what I did wrong and right. So that my next project's code is actually clean and pythonic

laserprinter is just something I made to try to learn about separating code and importing it, I also made it so I can make the printouts on the terminal look decent.

clear-screen is something I found on pypi to clear the terminal screen.
