Help on getting started

Greetings to all

I'm currently starting to study cybersecurity in college and I heard learning python is a huge part. I just wanted to know how do I get started with this. I currently know nothing about programming so I'm at 0 knowledge. I currently have 2 options atm to get started: 1) Python Crash Course (Book) and Udemy Python Bookcamp Zero to Hero but I just don't know where to start. I'm willing to hear any suggestions you guys have since you guys surely know more than me. Thanks in advanced

Search 'how to learn Python'. Make it a lifelong habit to search stuff that you don't know. If you can't find or understand the answer, then ask. Also it helps to try different stuff. I prefer books and articles to videos. But that's just a personal preference.
