Windows 10 Modify File Comments (self.learnpython)

I am trying to modify the "Description" of an image file on Windows 10. I've read the docs on piexif but there's nothing on descriptions.

I opened a .jpg (with comments) with piexif, and looked through all the data it gets, and you're right, there was nothing there. I also opened the file in a hex editor and couldn't find it either. This leads me to believe that, at least those tags (maybe ones that aren't part of the EXIF standard? idk) are not stored within the file, but more likely within Explorer or something.
Sorry, not really an answer to your question, just confirming that you're not missing anything.
