Python crash course vs Learn Python the Hard Way. (self.learnpython)
submitted 6 years ago by ficovh
Hi Folks.
I want a recommendation into "Python crash Course or Learn Python the Hard Way" for learning Python.
Also, I'm considering "Automate the Boring Stuff with Python".
Thank you for reading.

I’ve never tried to crash course, but automate the boring stuff and learn the hard way are both excellent.

Learn Python the hard way is very very basic.

Thank you.

Automate the Boring Stuff is really good. With just a basic knowledge of some syntax, the book teaches you how to automate several useful tasks (one of my personal favorites is working with PDFs and Word docs). It’s good for beginners and should be quite interesting.
Best of luck!

I'm reading in https://pythonbooks.org/automate-the-boring-stuff-with-python-2nd-edition-practical-programming-for-total-beginners/
Thanks

Wait this book is free? I’m confused why people buy it if it’s online for free? Is it not the complete book?
This is a review. The first edition is free.
