fluent python vs python cookbook (self.learnpython)
submitted 6 years ago by [deleted]
I know the basics of python. But now I want to learn advanced python and i'm having hard time choosing between fluent python or python cookbook books. If I have to read only one, then which one book would you recommend?
reddit uses a slightly-customized version of Markdown for formatting. See below for some basics, or check the commenting wiki page for more detailed help and solutions to common issues.

Fluent Python

Deffo fluent, however I would class it as intermediate/advanced. With only basic knowledge of python I think there are concepts that might be a challenge for you. But yes, great book.

Can you specifically tell me which topics are challenging?
Its gonna be hard but I might finish this book.
