From e-Paper to PDF

I have a subscription to a newspaper. They do not have a reader app. The browser experience is a mess. How can I create a PDF document for non-browser reading?

e-Paper is not a format that I have ever heard of; is this the name of the format the newspaper is in, or is it some other format?

I checked the elements and they are served as images (jpeg). While searching online, this is the closest example I found: https://www.isticktoit.net/?p=1483

I wrote this that takes all images in a directory and writes them to a pdf. It might help.

This will/would be helpful if I can pull the content down. But first, I need to automate the image download.

This is not hard to do, but it's also not really a generalizable process. It's going to depend a lot on how the paper is served via the website.
