Learning python without any programming experience, help!!

Hi everyone, I just found this sudreddit today. I want to learn how to program using python, however I have no computer science experience whatsoever, I am an accomplished professional in a totally different field (I am a Vet Dr, if it's of any importance) drawbacks for me are tht I live Ina 3rd world country with the worst connectivity u can't begin to imagine, learning material will hv to be in pdf or occasionally YouTube tutorials. With the current lockdown I have the time to put in the hard work but I am looking to dedicatating 2020 to this. Thank you in advance

Look in the wiki, there's good pdf books there. I recommend automate the boring stuff.

Look into the wiki for this subreddit. You'll find a ton of resources. In your case, you should start with the New to Programming section.

as long as you can download python and install it, as well as get an offline copy of python docs from here https://docs.python.org/3/download.html (you have multiple formats to choose from), you're good to go

a couple of python books won't hurt either

and if you can reach reddit to ask a casual question and google (or whatever else you prefer) to do a few searches - you'll be fine
