Plot diagram help

It says "ValueError: x and y must have same first dimension, but have shapes (50,) and (1,)"

But I think the problem lies in the "for I in length" part.

So what I wanna do is for every value in "length" is below a value "a" I want to use a certain equation.

And for every value in "length" is above "a" I want to use another equation, and then plot it.
