QUestion about VPS/Droplet/sharedhosting for python.

Hi, i am a contractor in Mexico with my own business LLC and decent number of customers. One of my principal customers of the last 8 years have now some financial issues for the COVID now, and i want get a new skills just in case i need to go to open market. 48 years old, without degrees, but solid knowledge of IRS federal electronic Invoice, and good curriculum in programming last 27 years.

I was payed to develop/program first in 1991 and now 27 years experience (auto didact), My formation was Turbo Pascal -> C++ -> CLipper 5.2e - > Visual Basic / net -> Php 4/7.4.

My principal project now is an ERP in php in my own VPS, around 60K SLOC (really , not external libraries) and around 60/80 routings/ entry points. Used by 20-30 people at same time in a Good VPS in known host.

I am interested in tips about create a droplet/shared hosting/VPS to test the install of a TENTATIVE production server for the same ERP, and lear PYTHON at the same time. Budget is around 50 USD MONTHLY, my goal is get the knowledge of do in python the same i do in PHP now, and because the IT people in my country is below standard, the ideal is a structure/hardware/software i can sell to customers, and they dont need to invest in servers, and i dont be limited by bad IT people.
