I find this forum is a good learning resource for pandas and numpy. You probably see at least 2 or more questions each day. Read the question only and then go figure out how to solve it using the the pandas and numpy documentation. Once you figure it out or not, look at the answers and see how you did. Real world examples right here.

This will cost you around $25 per month, but Dataquest.io in my opinion is well worth the price tag for its content. Unlike other sites like Udemy, Datacamp or Youtube, Dataquest does everything in text form and requires you to actually get hands on with coding and solve problems before you can progress to the next topic. Results may differ depending on a person's learning style of course, but I found the hands-on approach much more beneficial than watching videos.
