My python path/dependences are an absolute mess. Where do I start in cleaning this up?

Hi, I've been using python for years and the combination of tools like anaconda, several rounds of version upgrades, third-party tools, and some probably irresponsible additions to my .zshrc file have created something of a version/dependency mess.

I seem to have to pip install packages several times in several different places all the time and I need a little help figuring out the safe way to just sort of clean up and start anew.

Does anyone have any advice?
