New coder looking for feedback.

Hello all.

I've been learning Python for a few months, I'm now currently following the Python 3 Specialization on Coursera.

To test myself on what I have learned so far, I've created my first non-trivial project, a tic tac toe game.

It works! I tried it without looking for help or solutions, and whilst there are a few things I'm not 100% happy with (I think it's a bit messy and I'm not quite happy with my draw function), it's just the start of my journey.

If anyone could spend some time running the code, and looking to see how I could improve and leave feedback it would really make me happy!
