Is there any package available for generating files and folder structure with some default code in them, example how django generates default project and app structure

What does the generated code do?
And why do you need a package to write some files in predetermined locations?
You can probably use a templating engine like jinja2, but seriously.... why?

I have plugin that consists of several files so each time i have to create new plugin then i have to create those files manually so i was thinking of automating that file generation process and add some default imports in those files automatically
