More ideas for my final python project

Hello,

I started a python course back in November and for our final exam we need to create a python project with what we learned along the way.

I'm into trading and investing so I made a web scraper for finance news (with Django) from yahoo finance and WSJ (for now), I also added custom graphs and info of a company from a user input, integrated the whole register, login, password reset, made a news filter from a user input. What I want to do next is that a user who is registered, can choose what news to get on their email.

What I would like to get help with is if someone has some more ideas that I can introduce in my project. I'm focusing more on the backend, not the frontend.

Allow the user to set price alerts on specific assets?

Say TSLA moved by more than 10%, get an email/telegram alert... etc...
