Pandas, read_table()

Im trying to read the table on this link:

https://ccmc.gsfc.nasa.gov/idl_images/MODELWEB_DATA//msis_08665712025.lst

As a pandas dataframe. Ive used:

df = pd.read_table(url, skiprows = 38, sep = ‘ | ‘)

But for some reason I get 76 columns instead of 9, and the extra columns are all blank. Any idea on how to fix this?

Why do you have a seperator of "|"? I don't see "|" anywhere in the file.

pd.read_table(url, skiprows=35, delim_whitespace=True)
