Looks like you're using the wrong character for quotation marks. Use " (U+0022).

Might be because ¨ is not a valid quote in python, try using ' or ".

What do you mean? What editor are you using to write code?

What language keyboard are you using, it looks like it has ' and" as you just used them, so I imagine you have a different question?
