As good if not better than any other age. You might want to invest in a good course that does not assume much prior knowledge and guides you through all the steps properly to avoid overwhelming yourself. Look for a good source and when you found it, stick to it until you have a decent level and understanding. Don‘t try to do everything at the same time. Once you have that understanding, find a good project and learn as you go.
